The Alphazed is committed to protecting the privacy of children using our services. This Children's Online Privacy Policy contains a variety of information, posted and used with parental consent regarding information provided by children under the age of 16 ("child" or "children"), and uses terms known from the Privacy Policy. Information we collect from children, how we use it, and how we communicate with parents.

The Alphazed offers its users a wide range of services, some of which are specifically targeted towards children, while others are aimed at users of all ages and their families. Our services provide a variety of activities, including those that allow for the collection of children's information. We summarize some potential instances of collection and clarify how and when we provide information to parents and/or request parental consent. In both cases where we collect personal information from children, this information will be reasonably maintained in order to comply with the child's request or allow the child to continue participating. We always ensure the safety of our users and services as required by law. If we discover that information has been collected from a child in an inappropriate manner, as required by COPPA, the information will be deleted or parental consent will be requested.

Registration

Children can, in many cases, register for our services for brain training, gaming, and participation in special functions, among other things. During the registration process, we may ask the child to provide some information for notifications and safety, including the parent or guardian's email address, the child's name, gender, date of birth, and email address. Children can choose to share their information with us, but some features may not work without it. As a result, children may not access certain features if the required information is not provided. We will not ask the child to provide more information necessary for participation in any online activity.

Parental Email Address Collection: Under COPPA requirements, on any website or app directed to children, or in any case where we request the user's age and determine if the age is equal to or less than 12 years, we will request parent or guardian email consent. If you believe that your child is engaging in any activity that collects personal information and neither you nor the guardian have received an email requesting your consent, please feel free to contact us at info@thealphazed.com. We will not use the email messages from parents provided for their consent for commercial purposes unless the parents choose to do so, or if your email independently participates in contact through email.

User-Generated Content by a Minor

Some of our services' activities allow children to create or manipulate content and hold it on Alphazed. Some of these activities do not require the submission of any personal information, so we will not send any notices or requests for consent from parents. If the activity allows the child to include personal information in the created content, we will delete the information or review parental consent through the email address. Examples of content that includes personal information include brain fitness programs or open text fields that allow for manual text input. In addition to collecting content that includes personal information, Alphazed also plans to publish and share the content with third parties for their own use. We will obtain higher levels of parental consent.

Verifiable Parental Consent:

Email Consent. Should Alphazed wish to collect personal information about a child, COPPA requires that we seek the presence of parental or guardian consent via email. Through the email, we explain the information we collect, how we use it, how parents, mothers, or guardians can give their consent, and how they can withdraw it.

Highest level of consent. Should Alphazed gather personal information about a child that can be disclosed, we will seek a high level of consent through email. Methods for "highest level" consent include requesting a credit card or other payment method for verification (we charge a nominal fee). This requires a signed consent form and sending it with an accompanying email message.

Teacher Consent in Place of Parent. Regarding activities conducted in schools, COPPA permits teachers and school officials to give their consent in place of parents to collect personal information about children. Schools must inform parents about these activities or tasks. Chat

Some features and activities allow children to communicate with other users through chat. We advise children using these interactive features in our spaces and applications not to provide personal information to others and to avoid filters. We also recommend that parents monitor their children when participating in online activities.

Messages

Sometimes, to respond to a child's question, it may be necessary to obtain the child's information, such as email. Therefore, we need to contact the child continuously due to some activities or services. Such as the newsletter that provides new information about the services, cognitive assessment, brain training, activities, and some service features. The child or parent can cancel any individual contact.

Automatic Notifications

Push notifications are alerts on mobile and other devices related to downloading applications and can contact the device owner, even if we do not use the application. The child receives push notifications after registering in Alphazed. Therefore, they must provide an email address for the parent, as outlined in the registration section.

Static Identifiers

When children interact with us, some information may be collected automatically in order to make our services more exciting and useful for children, and for various purposes related to our operations. This data is primarily used for internal purposes to:

• Provide children with access to our service's functions and activities

• Customize content and enhance our services

• Conduct research and analysis for good results in our services

• Create anonymously-sourced reports on Alphazed's use

In activities where we collect (or permit others to collect) information from children in our services for use in other purposes, we will notify parents to obtain your consent before proceeding.

When will collected information about children be available to others

Children can engage in Alphazed after receiving an invitation from their teacher, school administrator, doctor, or researcher. In this case, if the child registers, Alphazed will request the parent or legal guardian's consent via email. The parent or legal guardian must adjust the child's privacy settings and report whether the child will share their information with the teacher, school administrator, doctor, or researcher.

No personal information about the child will be disclosed. In addition to isolated cases where the child's personal information is displayed, we may share or disclose personal information collected from children in a limited number of cases, including:

• We may share information with our service providers if necessary to perform business, professional, or technological support for us.

• We may disclose personal information if permitted or required by law, for example, in response to a court order or subpoena. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also disclose personal information collected about children (first) in response to law enforcement or (including schoolchildren and services) application agencies; (second) if we believe that disclosure of information may prevent instigation of a crime, facilitate an investigation related to public safety, or protect the child's safety by using our sections or applications, (third) to protect or secure our technology and services from other technology providers, and technology we will be used for purposes that are private and secured, Or (fourth) allows us to take precautions against liability.

Parental Choices and Controls

At any time, parents may refuse to allow us to collect further personal information about their children, linked to a specific account, and may request that we delete the personal information we collected from their children through that account. Please note that a request to delete records may lead to the cancellation of the account, membership, or any other service.

When a child registers an account with Alphazed, we use two methods to allow parents to access, amend, or delete the personal information we have collected from their children:

In all correspondences, please write the child's email address and the parent's email address. to protect the privacy and safety of children, we will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of parents before allowing access to any personal information.
