How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your Alphazed account and all associated data using either of the following methods:

• In-App: Go to Settings Tab → Settings → Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Email: Send a deletion request to info@thealphazed.com from the email address associated with your account.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Email address
• Name and profile picture
• Learning progress and scores
• Account preferences and settings

Retention Period

After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time:

• Your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
• You can contact info@thealphazed.com to recover your account.
• After 30 days, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Data That May Be Retained

After deletion, we may retain the following non-identifiable data:

• Anonymized and aggregated analytics data (e.g., usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you).

This data is used solely for improving our services and cannot be used to identify you.
