We mean by ("Alphazed" and "site") the Alphazed website or its mobile phone application ("Amal" or "Kid Elite") and other applications produced by Alphazed.

• Alphazed has the right to change, swap, and modify any part or item in this agreement at any time and the amendment becomes effective immediately and valid.

• Alphazed has the right to modify, change, swap, remove, and add any content on its site at any time.

• Alphazed has the right to determine your access conditions to any part of its parts without prior notice.

• When using Alphazed, you agree to comply with the terms of use for Alphazed website and privacy policy, and agree to comply with local laws, so information and materials on Alphazed are protected by copyright.

• When performing any activity in Alphazed, sending a message, entering data and information, registering an account, or any form of individual or group contact or communications, Alphazed has full right to use, copy, license, adapt, distribute, disclose, perform, recreate, report, modify, edit, and use it for the benefit in all known media fields and developed in the future, on a permanent, final, non-exceptional, and free basis, and on this basis relinquishes all rights and claims against Alphazed related to any breach, whether real or alleged, regarding any right or secrecy, advertising, moral rights, and acknowledges that these activities directed to and from Alphazed are not secret and fully monitored.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, texts, images, graphics, sound clips, video, artwork, graphic materials, and any other elements protected by copyright, in addition to all selections, arrangements, trademarks, service marks, and business names ("materials") related to the above are the private property of Alphazed and/or one of its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, branches, agents, or other owners, and are protected by UAE and foreign laws governing trademarks, copyrights, and authors. Therefore, Alphazed grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-delegable, or transferable license for the display and personal non-commercial use of one copy of any material and/or program that you download from this site containing files, codes, video and audio clips, and included or created images, on the condition that you comply with all copyrights, notifications, and other notices in these materials. By using the site, you agree not to reproduce any material, or modify it, or create derivative works or display, provide, publish, distribute, broadcast, or trade with any third party (including displaying materials and distributing them through a third-party website) without prior written consent from Alphazed. The use of Alphazed materials and/or their licensors is only permitted with their written consent. By using the site, you also agree that you will not modify the materials or disassemble, disassemble, or reverse engineer them. Unauthorized use is subject to civil litigation and criminal prosecution under federal laws and applicable UAE laws.

Contests, draws, e-cards, and other activities

Alphazed provides laws and/or guidelines ("Participation Laws") for specific activities on this site, including contests, draws, and e-cards provided by Alphazed in collaboration with third parties. This agreement has been edited by referring to specific Participation Laws that appear according to the information of each activity. In the event of any conflict between this agreement and the specified Participation Laws, the specified Participation Laws for the activity you have chosen to participate in are the ones that govern.

E-Commerce Services

Alphazed provides secure e-commerce services that include obtaining services through the Alphazed website (for each e-commerce service individually and e-commerce services collectively). Additional terms apply to the use and access to these e-commerce services, and these terms are included by reference to the agreement.

Accounts

As part of the services we offer, you can register to obtain an account ("account") and access the services available on this site through your account. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information about yourself as required during the registration process. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, including using another person's username, password, or other account information. You are responsible for all devices, software, services, and other expenses you incur to access your account. Accounts are available only to individuals and natural persons who have reached the age of majority, or to those who act as adults on behalf of their minor children. You may not share your account with anyone or allow anyone other than yourself to access or use your account. You are responsible for all activities that take place through your account, regardless of who manages these activities. The risk liability related to the quality, accuracy, suitability, completeness, integrity, or validity of any material contained in the entire site is your responsibility. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Alphazed and its subsidiaries, and responsible, directors, employees, customers, licensors, and stakeholders are not responsible for any damage, including, notably but not limited to, and consequential, incidental, secondary or similar damage that may arise from using the contents provided by Alphazed or from being unable to use them. Regardless of the above, Alphazed's obligations towards you for any of the claims, damages, losses, and causes of action (whether based on a contract, liability, or otherwise) do not exceed, under any circumstances, the amount you have paid, if any, for accessing the site.

Advertisements and Malware

We maintain high standards of care for this site, which we are proud of. We are continuously searching for any technical malfunction that may affect the operation of the site. Whenever we find any malfunctions on our part, we will fix them immediately. Compensation

By using the site, you agree to compensate, protect, and not cause harm to Alphazed, its subsidiaries, responsible, directors, employees, customers, licensors, and concerned stakeholders from all losses, expenses, damages, costs, including attorneys' fees that may result from any breach of this agreement by you. Alphazed has the exclusive and control responsibility for any given compensation matter and in this case, you must fully cooperate with Alphazed in presenting any available defense.

Applicable Law, Court, and Jurisdiction

This agreement and the relationship between you and Alphazed are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, regardless of any conflict in the provisions of the law. In the event of any dispute related to this agreement, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate of Dubai. You also agree to accept the transaction procedures by electronic correspondence and waive under this agreement any or all other legal defenses available. You agree, regardless of any conflicting law or system, that any claim or lawsuit related to using the site or the agreement must be filed within one (1) year of its occurrence, otherwise it will expire.

Copyright and Authorship Policy

We take copyright and authorship protection matters seriously, whether our own or that of others, and for this, we use multiple measures to prevent and stop any violation of copyright and authorship on this site. If you believe that the site contains elements that violate the copyright and authorship of your works, please do not hesitate to contact us. 3- Alphazed will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of the countries that are subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase

3. ALPHAZED will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
