Let's learn Surah An-Nas together

Surah An-Nas is one of the shortest surahs in the Quran, so it is a lovely place to start. In it we ask Allah, the Lord of all people, to keep us safe. Today we will learn just the first line — say it slowly with your child, one word at a time.

An-Nas · 114:1

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ

Qul a'udhu bi-rabbi n-nas

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind."

Say it: Read it in four gentle steps: Qul (say) — a-'oo-thu (I seek refuge) — bi-rab-bi (in the Lord) — an-naas (of the people). Let your child echo each step back to you.
